Royal Rasoi operates as a dine-in restaurant. Seating is subject to availability. We reserve the right to manage seating arrangements at our discretion to ensure an optimal experience for all guests.

2.2 Online Ordering

Online food ordering, table reservations, and catering or event booking features may be introduced on the Website in the future. When these services become available, additional terms specific to each service will apply and will be communicated on the relevant pages of the Website.

2.3 Third-Party Platforms

Royal Rasoi is currently available on Swiggy and Zomato for delivery and takeaway orders. Orders placed through these platforms are governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of third-party platforms, including delivery delays, platform errors, or payment disputes on those platforms.

3. Food and Beverage Policy

3.1 No Outside Food or Beverages

3.2 Allergens and Dietary Information

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and seafood. Cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, please inform your server before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of a specific allergen.

3.3 Alcohol Service

Royal Rasoi serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and applicable excise regulations. The following rules apply:

• Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests who are 21 years of age or older, as required by Maharashtra state law.
• We reserve the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID as proof of age.
• We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage.
• Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly within the restaurant premises.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Menu Pricing

All prices listed on our menu or Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Taxes and Charges

Your bill may include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rates. A service charge may be applied at the restaurant's discretion. Service charge is voluntary and can be waived upon request, as per the guidelines issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority.

We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
